One of the most common questions from prospective franchise partners is simple: how long until I'm actually open? For Cygnine, the typical answer is five weeks from a signed agreement to a grand opening.

Week 0 — Agreement signed

The franchise agreement is executed and the site is confirmed. This is the formal starting line for everything that follows.

Week 1–2 — Site & branding

Interiors, signage and fixtures are installed to Cygnine's specification — the same branded look and layout across every store in the network, including the LED TV wall and large-appliance display wall.

Week 3 — Stock & systems

Opening stock is delivered to the shop, and the POS and franchise dashboard are configured and connected.

Week 4 — Staff training

On-site staff training covers product knowledge, EMI processing and customer handling — the same training every Cygnine store team receives before launch.

Week 5 — Store launch

Grand opening day, backed by local marketing and launch offers coordinated centrally with the franchise partner.

Why the timeline stays consistent

Because branding, stock planning, systems and training are all standardised across the network, a five-week build isn't an aspiration — it's a repeatable process Cygnine runs for every new franchise partner. That predictability matters when you're planning around rent, staffing and your own transition into running the store.
